Creating a plan that works for you
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. During our sessions we will explore how your thoughts and perceptions impact your emotions and experiences. We will also explore potential barriers and how to overcome thoughts / feelings that may be holding you back from your goals. I also utilize a strength-based approach to optimize life experiences, relationships, and self esteem.
